If your arrival time changes, contact us as soon as possible with the updated flight information. We will adjust the pickup arrangements where possible and confirm any changes with your group.

Can different members of our group arrive on different flights?

Yes, but send us all flight details before booking. Depending on the arrival times, separate transfer arrangements may be required and we will confirm the available options with you.

How early will we be picked up for our return flight?

Your pickup time is arranged around your departure flight and the journey to Budapest Airport. We will confirm the scheduled pickup time with you in advance.

Can we change our accommodation after booking the transfer?

Yes, but let us know as soon as possible. If your pickup or drop-off address changes, we need to confirm that the existing transfer arrangements can still be used.
